Construction Considerations Before beginning construciton, it is very important to understand the details of the project and the methods that will be used to construct the project. For example, a few questions to ask before construction may be "What process will be used to place the filter diaphragm?" or "What bedding configuration will be used to install the pipe?". It is also important to be familiar with the site conditions of the project. Difficult site conditions, such as saturated soils, can lead to major delays and complications during construction.
