From ASDSO Dam Safety Toolbox
Hydrologic loading curves are defined as graphs of peak flow and volume (for specified durations) versus Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP). These curves are used in risk analyses to evaluate and prioritize the need for dam safety modifications.
