U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 2002


The Contractor’s rights and obligations under the contract are contained in the conditions and clauses of the contract. Strict compliance with all conditions and clauses is required and will be enforced by the Contracting Officer. The purpose of this guide is to assist the Contractor in the administration of the contract.
